  •  Is the Growth Oil all natural?
  • Yes, our products are Natural. 
  • Do you offer samples of your products?
  • At the present moment we do not offer free samples.  However, we do offer giveaways follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated.
  • What type of hair can Just Simply Hair Growth Oil be used on?              
  • All Types of  hair (Natural, Relaxed, Transitioning)
  • How Often Do I wash my hair while applying my growth Oil?           
  • Follow your normal wash day routine. It is recommended to wash your hair @ least once a week to keep a clean nourishing scalp.
  • Is it normal to feel a tingling on my scalp?
  • This is normal. This is your follicles being recharged by our unique essential oil blends in the formula. 
  • When should I apply my growth oil?                                                       
  • We recommend applying in the morning

  • When should I start using my Beard products?
  • As soon as possible. Our products are designed to encourage faster growth and reduce itchy skin especially for new beards.
  • How should I store my products?
  • Due its natural states of the products. Keep your products in a cool dry place.
  • How much should Beard Oil and Beard Balm should I use?
  • Each Beard is different and a little goes a long way. Start off with a little at a time. Adjust to your preference. Afterwards, rub hands through beard to ensure there is not any excess product.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

  • How long does order processing take?

  • All standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. ( This does not include orders that participate in SALES- Due to Volume )
  •  You will receive an email notification when your order ships out with complete tracking information.

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock (this will be noted when you place your order), please allow additional time for shipping.

  • What if I put in the wrong address while placing order?
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, please be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. If this does happen, you can email us @ info@yourbeardbetter.com with the correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
  • What if my tracking order says delivered, but I did not receive my package?

  • If your order shows delivered and you did not receive your package- check your tracking link to see exactly where your ordered was delivered. Check to see if the package was delivered on the porch of your home, Front door, Desk or reception area. Carrier may provide a photo of shipped product. After doing this and you still have not discovered your product contact your carrier with your tracking link. They will be able to assist you further- for example filing a dispute.
